STUDY GROUP IN ANTHROPOSOPHIC MEDICINE The group for professional health practitioners meet most Tuesday evenings between 7.30-9 pm Please enquire with Irmhild if you wish to join this group. Lunchtime meditation group 12 noon to 1.00 pm fortnightly on Thursday's Cost: $10.00 per session Suitable for people just starting out and experienced meditators. The core practice will be mindfulness with some excursions into Imagery-based and loving-kindness meditations.
