Seneka Bowen

Bio

Seneka has been providing continuity of care to women as a midwife throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period since 2005. She brings a deep sense of appreciation for the childbearing year and the gifts that a child brings to the whole family. In addition to her work as a Steiner inspired Maternal Child Health Nurse Seneka also works as the Koori Maternity Services Midwife at the Northern Hospital helping to close the gap in health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. She is a mother to two almost adult boys and an adventurous young girl, a passioante gardener and lover of nature.
